Giving credit where credit is due right now… Ken Spero, realtor with Howard Hanna, had my condo listed for 13 days before it was in contract. 18 days after that the deal was closed. He was the buying and selling agent for that sale and has been nothing short of perfect, professional, and very easy to communicate and deal with. Now that I am house hunting he has also been very timely, efficient and willing to help unlike anyone else I’ve ever dealt with. Ken has gone above and beyond in helping with situations, questions regarding general construction, quality, ect since I am by no means any expert in those areas and he has definitely been a mentor in the process and I trust him like family!
