Ken was highly recommended by a close friend. We had a one hour kickoff meeting where Ken built a profile on the ideal property we desired for our family. After nearly six weeks of minimal communication, I began to wonder if Ken accidentally lost our phone number. Then we received a call – he wanted to show us a special property that he believed met all of our previously discussed criteria. Our family scheduled a walkthrough for the following day. We met Ken at a neutral location and then proceeded to the condo. It was perfect! We were in the home for 10 minutes and were anxiously ready to enter an offer…which we did and was accepted. In the aftermath, my wife and i were impressed with Ken’s ability to create a profile on the “ideal” property we desired, and did not waste our time trying to “sell” us something that was not a perfect match. We especially appreciated this since it is a 2-hour round trip from our home. Ken is amazing at his work, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new property.
